Register opportunities in the STACKIT Partner Portal

This guide shows you step-by-step how to log in, register new opportunities, and track your submitted deals.

  1. Go to the STACKIT Partner Portal and log in with your credentials.

  2. Select Add opportunities on the homepage.

  3. You are redirected to the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Single sign-on (SSO) keeps you signed in automatically.

  1. Click the New button to open the opportunity form.

  2. Enter the basic deal data in the required fields:

    • Customer Account: Enter the name of the potential customer.
    • Close Date: Select the expected date to close the deal.
  3. Provide details in the Need & Customer Requirement field to share background information. The following details help the team:

    • Project scope: The type and size of the migration, such as the data migration scope.
    • Support needs: Any active support you need from the STACKIT pre-sales or sales team.
    • Goal: Whether you submit the deal for protection only or need immediate onboarding help.
  4. Click Save and Submit to transmit your opportunity to STACKIT.

  1. Monitor your opportunity after submission. The STACKIT team reviews your deal as quickly as possible, and you can check your status at any time.
  2. Check your status in the opportunity list. The Stage column shows if your deal is In Approval, Approved, or Rejected.
  3. Use the Chatter tab inside your opportunity to send updates or ask questions. This tab lets you talk directly with the STACKIT team.
  4. Upload important files, such as architecture sketches or requirements catalogs, to provide extra context. Use the Related tab or attach files to your Chatter posts.
