Manage mailboxes

Your digital mailbox serves as the central hub for your emails. It allows you to receive, send, and manage messages securely and professionally. A dedicated email mailbox with your custom domain strengthens the credibility and recognition value of your brand. We provide secure and easily manageable mailboxes that are perfectly tailored to your needs.

View mailboxes

You can access an overview of all your mailboxes and their current status directly in the portal.

1. Open the STACKIT Domain Portal
2. Select Mailboxes from the side menu.
3. Review the overview table. It displays key information for each mailbox, such as Status, Size (e.g., XXL, M), Reg. Date, Price, Cost-Center, and Notes.

View mailbox details

You can inspect the full details of an individual mailbox by opening its detail panel.

1. In the Mailboxes overview, click on the row of the mailbox you want to inspect.
2. A detail panel opens on the right side of the screen.
3. Review the detailed information, which includes the full email address, Status (e.g., Active, Terminated), Reg. Date, Price, Size, Cost center and Notes.

Search and manage in bulk

If you manage a large number of mailboxes, you can use the search and bulk action features to work more efficiently.

• Search: Type your query into the Search the table field at the top of the list to quickly find a specific mailbox.
• Bulk actions: Select multiple mailboxes using the checkboxes on the left side of the table. Then, click the Bulk-Action dropdown menu to apply changes to all selected items at once.
• Export data: Click the Download button in the top right corner to export a list of your mailboxes for external reporting or auditing.
