Order domains in bulk

If you need to secure a large portfolio of brand names or specific extensions, the STACKIT Domain Portal allows you to check the availability of multiple domains at once. You do not have to search for and add each domain individually.

You have two primary methods to input multiple domains for a bulk order: manual bulk entry or file import.

Use manual bulk entry

You can paste a list of domains directly into the search field.

1. Open the STACKIT Domain Portal
2. Navigate to your organization in the STACKIT Portal.
3. Select Domains from the side menu and click Order domain.
4. Paste your list of domains directly into the search field.

   You can separate the domain names using commas, spaces or line breaks. The portal automatically parses them into individual search tags.

5. Click Search to check the availability of all entered domains.

Import a text file

For very large portfolios, importing a file is the most efficient method.

1. Create a standard .txt file containing your desired domain names. Ensure you place only one domain name per line.
2. In the Domain Portal’s order screen, click the file upload icon located next to the search bar.
3. Select and upload your .txt file. The system automatically parses the file and checks availability.

Add and configure bulk domains

Once the system completes the availability check, you can quickly add all successful matches to your cart.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the search results list.
2. Click + Add all available domains to move every available domain into your order summary in one click.
3. Proceed to the next steps in the sidebar to configure the parameters for your entire batch.

   When you configure contact data and nameservers—both of which are required to successfully order a domain—the portal applies these settings universally to all domains in your current cart.

4. Click Order with charge to finalize the bulk registration.
